Jim has served as general contractor for a number of custom homes and remodeling projects in addition to several years as project manager for large residential and commercial builders. In these positions, Jim has had responsibility for maintaining complex schedules and budgets, dealing with various sub-contractors, suppliers, architects, owners, lenders and government officials. He now handles the management, bidding, and scheduling for Driftwood Builders, Inc. The office is professionally staffed and organized with all the tools necessary to ensure that all bidding, scheduling, invoicing, change orders, and any other important paper flow will be handled promptly and proficiently. The company is a member of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce, and current liability and workers compensation insurance is carried on all of its employees.
